  1. Bob and Gary–

Congratulations on your new Bed & Breakfast venture in Newfane, Vermont.

As a guest at your former Cape Cod Bed & Breakfast, I can say your guests will delight in a stunning New England setting, warm hospitality, and impeccable attention to detail. You are gracious hosts.

I read about “open farm weekend” in Dummerston, VT. I see Newfane is close by. Many local farmers are opening up their historic farms to tour; many farms date back to the 1700s! At the end of the event–a farm supper, complete with apple crisp. Count me in.

Happy to see your new B&B is open for guests.

I look forward to booking a room and finding a quiet corner to write, sketch, and photograph the green hills of Southern Vermont.

Bring on the Vermont sharp cheddar cheese and maple syrup!

    Ben
